We can start counting down because DEVIL IN THE DAYLIGHT is out of edits and into production!! Soon I’ll be able to share things like the cover reveal, signups for Advanced Reader Copies (ARCs), pre-order links, and more! For now, the most recent update I have is we are targeting a November 4th release date.
Meanwhile, BLOOD AND WATER has entered edits! In fact, my editor has already sent me her developmental edit letter, with minimal suggestions. This book of my heart could very well fly through the process (as quickly as anything can “fly” in the publishing world), and will hopefully be released in 2026! Watch this space for exclusive content, like side character vignettes and deleted scenes.
Finally, I have no excuses left—STICKS AND STONES is being drafted as we speak. Well, not literally (I am using this post to procrastinate a tiny bit more), but ideas are being kicked around! Some are making it to the page! I have no choice but to churn something out, and I do love my characters and their world enough to give them the satisfying tie-ups all their loose ends deserve. So wish me luck because it really is no joke that sequels are somehow whole different beasts, somehow harder than the one before, and it doesn’t help my case that I’m returning to this world an entirely different person (since B&W, I’ve moved halfway across the country, I’ve survived a pandemic, I’ve celebrated my 10-year wedding anniversary, and birthed an actual child). So let’s see what happens.
